Peas au Sucre

Peterson's Magazine

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

March, 1867

Boil the peas and throw into cold water, then put them in a pan with a little butter, a tablespoonful and a half of broth, one yolk of egg; stir fast, and they are done.
