This linen postcard features the Hotel Book-Cadillac in Detroit, Michigan, Fay M. THOMAS, General Manager. The reverse side notes that the Book Cadillac was located at Michigan Avenue and Washington Blvd., and was one of the "finest-largest-tallest" hotels in the world. It was mailed by Mabel to the V. IRWIN family of Hastings, Michigan on December 30, 1945. Mabel wrote that she had spent the night on the 21st floor of the hotel. The publisher was E. C. Kropp Co. of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
